The terms for using LiCon.
About these terms
LiCon is a household-organization app operated by LiApps, based in Andorra. By creating an account or using LiCon, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments for paid plans are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles the checkout, billing, sales tax and receipts, and is the seller of record for your purchase. Prices are shown before you pay and adapt to your country.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please keep your details accurate. One person, one account.
Plans, trials and renewals
LiCon is free to use, with optional paid plans (Lamplight and Hearth) that raise your monthly AI-action limit. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, then renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Use LiCon lawfully and as intended. Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the service, and don't use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Content and ownership
LiApps owns the LiCon app, its brand and its content. Your household data stays yours — you can export or delete it at any time from the app.
Availability and liability
LiCon is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, LiApps isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses; nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use LiCon after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Andorra, and disputes fall under the courts of Andorra, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
